One of Canada's foremost performing songwriters, Lennie Gallant has nine albums and numberous awards and nominations from the JUNOs and East Coast Music Awards to his credit.

He was inducted into the Order of Canada where it was said, “Gallant has garnered much respect for his hard hitting songs chronicling the lives of people dealing with tremendous adversity and serious issues. Songs like “Peter’s Dream,” “Island Clay,” “Man of Steel” and “The Hope for Next Year,” articulate the feelings of many caught up in desperate situations beyond their control, and at the same time celebrate the beauty of lifestyle and landscape with their strong poetry and stirring narratives.”

Caracol is a performing songwriter from Quebec.  In 1998 she was one half of the Quebec group DobaCaracol with Dorianne Fabreg. DobaCaracol released two albums,Le Calme Son(2001) and SOLEY(2004),the latter of which sold more than 100,000 copies worldwide and won a Félix Award

DobaCaracol broke up in 2007, after which FacalCaracol began work on her first solo album, released in September 2008. The album, which is an eclectic mix of reggae rocksteady and numerous other musical influences, was released to acclaim and led to two cash awards and a Juno nomination for Francophone Album of the Year.
